Grateful for Our Team: Celebrating Christmas Together at Harvest Movement

Last night, our Harvest Movement staff gathered for a Christmas celebration—an evening set aside to pause, reflect, and give thanks. It was a meaningful reminder that while the work we do is important, the people who carry it forward are the true heartbeat of this movement.

Throughout the year, our staff serves faithfully across many areas—outreach, discipleship, prayer, administration, hospitality, and leadership. They walk with people through some of life’s hardest moments. They show up consistently. They pray often. They lead with humility and integrity. And they do it all with a deep love for Jesus and for our city.

This Christmas gathering was an opportunity to honor that faithfulness. It was filled with laughter, conversation, gratitude, and reflection on all that God has done this year. It reminded us that ministry is never meant to be done alone—it is built on community, shared vision, and a willingness to serve together.

We are incredibly thankful for each member of our team. Their commitment, character, and compassion make space for lives to be transformed and hope to take root across our community. The impact of Harvest Movement would not be possible without their obedience and sacrifice.

As we celebrate the birth of Christ, we’re reminded that Jesus came not only to bring hope to the world, but to form a people who would carry that hope forward. We are honored to walk alongside such a devoted team as we continue that mission together.
