Three Circles Gospel Sharing Tool

A Simple, Biblical Way to Share the Gospel

In this training, we break down how to use the Three Circles Gospel Sharing Tool in everyday conversations.

The beauty of the Three Circles is that it tells the gospel as a complete story — not just a set of verses or isolated truths. It reflects the full narrative of Scripture.

As explained in the training Timeline 1, the gospel can be understood as a “full circle moment”:

  1. God’s Original Design
Humanity was created for intimacy with God and partnership in His mission.

  2. Sin & Brokenness
Through disobedience, humanity stepped outside of God’s design. The result is brokenness — fractured lives, families, and communities.

  3. Our Attempts to Fix It
We try success, religion, addiction, relationships, and good works — but none address the root issue of sin.

  4. The Cross of Jesus
Jesus came, died for our sin, and rose again. When we repent and believe, we are restored.

  5. Restoration & Recommissioning
We return to God’s design — restored in relationship and recommissioned to share the good news.

The gospel doesn’t just save us from something — it restores us to something. Intimacy. Purpose. Mission.

Why This Tool Matters

The Three Circles helps people:

  • Understand the big picture of Scripture

  • See where they are in the story

  • Identify brokenness

  • Respond personally

After explaining the circles, the most important step is simple:
Ask questions.
Invite response.
Walk with them.

Evangelism isn’t a script — it’s a conversation.
