  • Catering Payment & Reservation Policy

    Thank you for choosing Harvest Catering. To ensure excellent service and proper preparation for your event, please review our payment and reservation policy below.

    Booking & Reservation

    All catering orders must be reserved in advance. A catering order is not considered confirmed until payment requirements have been met and a confirmation has been issued by Harvest Catering.

    Deposit & Payment

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time.

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

    • Events booked within 72 hours of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

    Final Guest Count

    Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed

  • Catering orders require advance preparation, staffing, and ingredient purchases.

    • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event may receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

    Any changes to guest count or menu items must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

    Special Orders

    Custom orders, bulk orders, and special requests are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process.
