Catering Payment & Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Harvest Catering. To ensure excellent service and proper preparation for your event, please review our payment and reservation policy below.
Booking & Reservation
All catering orders must be reserved in advance. A catering order is not considered confirmed until payment requirements have been met and a confirmation has been issued by Harvest Catering.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and time.
The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Events booked within 72 hours of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
Final Guest Count
Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed

Catering orders require advance preparation, staffing, and ingredient purchases.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled event may receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Any changes to guest count or menu items must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Special Orders
Custom orders, bulk orders, and special requests are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process.
